Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
 

  • Ensure that all business activities, including meetings, are timely coordinated and executed.
  • Act as the point of contact with external partners when needed
  • Perform various tasks such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and communications for the Group Director.
  • Undertake business analysis compile excel spreadsheets and compute basic formulas and results.
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including presentations and reports.
  • Prepare minutes of the meetings and follow-up/action items.
  • Follow up on action items with the relevant person/team and provide the GD with accurate and detailed notes.
  • To effectively interact with various levels of management and staff.
     

Requirements

  • Five years+ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
  • Proficient in Ms Office package, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.
  • Confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Competent numeric skills.
