Job Description
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Ensure that all business activities, including meetings, are timely coordinated and executed.
- Act as the point of contact with external partners when needed
- Perform various tasks such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and communications for the Group Director.
- Undertake business analysis compile excel spreadsheets and compute basic formulas and results.
- Format information for internal and external communication, including presentations and reports.
- Prepare minutes of the meetings and follow-up/action items.
- Follow up on action items with the relevant person/team and provide the GD with accurate and detailed notes.
- To effectively interact with various levels of management and staff.
Requirements
- Five years+ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
- Proficient in Ms Office package, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.
- Confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks.
- Flexible working hours.
- Competent numeric skills.
